The Board of Directors of the Community Bank of Austin (now Bremer Bank) decided to expand their local presence by building a branch bank in Austin's commercial district on 18th Avenue NW. Joseph Company self-performed the concrete and all carpentry work for this $750,000 branch bank which assisted the owner in becoming a Top 3 bank in Austin. The building is a wood framed structure with exterior insulation and finish system on the shell, standing seam metal roof system in signature owner purple color and ornate millwork interior.
