The Joseph Company has developed the last 56 years out of the traditional method of construction services procurement. This expansion includes competitively bidding for projects that are primarily advertised for public entities. Although Joseph now negotiates a very large percentage of their contracts, the company still takes pride in securing about 50% of their annual volume with public owners through the competitive bid process. Most popular building types in the public sector are National Guard armories, correctional facilities and other county and municipal buildings.
