Sacred Heart Care Center in Austin, MN identified the need to add assisted living units to their facilities in order to meet the growing demand for supplemental care of those who were not yet ready for full-service, long-term healthcare. They chose Joseph to build a new $1.8 million dollar assisted living complex consisting of 26 apartments, a reception area, lounge/kitchen, and administrative offices. The new framed structure with EIFS exterior beautifully transitions from the full service care facility and defines a new main entrance for the entire complex.
