Lansing, MN, embarked on the largest municipal project in city history, to erect a new water tower and domestic water distribution system. Joseph led this project, which included coordinating the erection of the new water tower, water main piping replacement throughout the entire municipality and a pump house structure including 4 industrial pumps. The result of this project is a new domestic water supply that will be distributed through the township for the next 100 years.
