This $500,000 addition and remodel project included 2,300 SF of new construction including a vestibule, lobby, elevator, and expanded parking lot. Building construction consisted of concrete foundation walls, steel columns and beams, steel stud exterior with a metal roof deck supported by bar joists. The Joseph team beautifully matched the exterior brick and clay tile roof.
