Northfield, MN In April of 2018, Joseph was the low-bidder and awarded the contract for the $3.4 million addition and renovation of the Northfield Fire Station. Working with the City of Northfield has been a pleasure for the Joseph team, as this has been one of a string of projects Joseph has been awarded there over the past 3 years. This project posed few challenges, one being access to the site. Located on the busy corner of Dahomey Ave & Hwy 19, managing the coordination of subcontractors, deliveries and most importantly the ongoing operations of the owner was critical to the success of the project. The project was completed and turned over to the owner in the spring of 2019, and is currently servicing the residents of Northfield.
