Joseph takes pride in establishing over its 50 year history, several repeat clients. The best example of this is a strong business relationship with McDonald’s Corporation. Joseph has completed a total of 14 new McDonald’s stores in several states including Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois. Joseph has completed remodels in over 40 stores in the Midwest including Nebraska and South Dakota! All these projects were completed successfully meeting extraordinary schedule requirements and most often during remodel projects, Joseph crew and subcontractors were required to work nights only. 


I would like to extend my personal thanks for the hard work you and your team of subcontractors did on the Coralville re-build.  As a result, we were able to re-open the restaurant after just 80 days.  The restaurant interior and exterior look fantastic.  Thank you for taking on this challenge and fighting your way through numerous obstacles.  I look forward to working with The Joseph Company and a great set of subcontractors in the future.
