View Golf Club set out to make significant improvements to their clubhouse
facilities to match the quality of their championship golf course in Okoboji, IA. This two-phased project included adding an expansive
outdoor deck, remodeled bar and dining room, and two-story addition to the
kitchen, mechanical/electrical room, and storage areas. The improvement also included
a new vestibule entrance for more convenient access to clubhouse from the parking lot. These improvements have enabled Okoboji View Golf Club to entertain large events and daily dining.
Joseph's client has experienced significant growth in sales as a result of their expanded recreational and hospitality services.
