Fairmont, MN
The Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency entrusted the expansion of their power plant in Fairmont, MN to Joseph in the fall of 2012. The $8.8 million dollar project included building a 28,000 square ft. addition and installing four, 97-ton Caterpillar power generators with supporting utilities.
The project was completed ahead of schedule, and at a level of quality described by owner representative Pete Reinarts as, "We relied heavily on their expertise. Their attention to customer service was flawless. I cannot say enough of how happy we were with their performance."
Joseph was recognized with the Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors of America for this project.
