In the spring of 2012, Joseph was asked to propose design and cost of a 37,000 SF addition to the north of Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen plant in Albert Lea, MN. Joseph eventually was awarded this $2 million dollar project that resulted in adding much needed cooler and dry storage space for this food processor, along with a new loading dock. Refrigeration design continued as Joseph fast-tracked the early phases of the addition, and Joseph was later awarded a $200,000 addition to the east side of the plant to house/support the new mechanical and electrical systems.
The greatest compliment any contractor can have is repeat business. After the new additions were complete, Joseph was then called upon to manage a multi-phase remodel of Mrs. Gerry's existing facility including a new freezer and improvements for their processing space for retail goods and small salads.
